Terrible Customer Service The staff at La Java Club seemed more interested in chatting with each other than helping customers. I had to wait 15 minutes just to place an order, even though the shop wasn’t busy. When I finally got my drink, it was wrong. Never going back. even though the security are notspeaking English.
Unfortunately, a very negative experience: We were caught in the women’s restroom by a staff member who entered without knocking – which felt invasive and completely inappropriate. This was supposedly about half a cheap bottle of wine. Instead of addressing the situation respectfully, our privacy was violated. For us, an absolute no-go.”

Rude inhumane security personnel & disorganized management. We arrived me & my friends before 00:00 with our passes and they told us to wait a « a few minutes » outside until the « Before » event that was happening before our event ends. We did wait in the street in front of the club for 1 hour and 20 minutes! Only for them not to let them in because we drank a beer while waiting those endless « few minutes » saying it was in front of the club while we were technically 50 meters away. Security Kevin and his team were rude and wanted a bribe (The disappointing « Ahaaa ! » moment😂) I came from Berlin to attend Lowris but we had our worst night in Paris. Glad we didnt spend a penny in that place & recommend everyone not to 👋 🙅🏻♂️❌
